Writer's block

Spain isn't giving me much food for thought at the moment, but the beauty of having a blog is that when writer's block strikes, uploading random photos is equally acceptable as dwelling essay-style on random topics of potential interest, so on that basis I've decided to post something that consists of barely any writing and that has pretty much nothing to do with my year abroad.

I was organising all my documents and pictures on my laptop the other day (having very little to do these days has driven me to do some utterly pointless shite) and whilst flicking through my pictures, I found some photos from May 2009 of my back garden that I'd taken on the first sunny day of the summer holidays. Having had what felt like the first proper day of summer yesterday in Alcalá (and also because I have no idea what I'm going to write about in my next blog so I needed a filler for what's set to be a fairly sizeable gap!), it seemed quite fitting to post them on here. Enjoy!
